Ingredients

Ultra-pure water, genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride with naturally occurring minerals, and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM).

Directions

Patch test on a small area before first use. Apply a small amount to intact skin on the arms, legs, or torso and massage gently. A light mineral residue may remain after drying; rinse or wipe off after 20 minutes if desired.

If applying to feet, allow them to dry completely or wipe them clean before walking to prevent slipping.

Cautions

For external use only. Avoid eyes, sensitive areas, mucous membranes, and broken or freshly shaved skin. Tingling does not indicate magnesium deficiency. If stinging, burning, or irritation occurs, rinse off and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
